Nils J.D. Eberhardt

Nils J.D. Eberhardt joined the firm in March of 2016. Nils is primarily involved in defending personal injury claims, construction claims, property damage claims, and other general litigation matters. Prior to joining Evenson Sanderson, Nils worked for the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office in the Civil Litigation Division where he handled the employment portfolio, various licensing board disputes, and other litigation matters. Nils is currently a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Big Muddy Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.

Nils was born in Fargo and he grew up in West Fargo. After finishing law school, Nils and his wife moved to Bismarck. In addition to practicing law, Nils enjoys working on anything mechanical in the garage, playing and watching sports, and spending time with his wife and kids.
