John E. Ward

John is a litigator and has achieved favorable results for clients in trials and appeals.  John has gained significant experience in the areas of insurance defense, construction law, probate and estate litigation, professional liability defense, and business torts.  John also regularly works in administrative law in both regulatory and compliance matters.

John has enjoyed success representing clients before the North Dakota State Legislature as a lobbyist.

John serves on various nonprofit and charitable foundations.  John likes to spend his free time with his wife and kids, taking walks with his beloved dog, sailing on Lake Sakakawea, and skiing.
